Departure

s/v Ihana left Superior Wisconsin early this morning, bound for the Apostle Islands and on to the Keweenaw Peninsula.  WE MAY BE OUT OF WIFI RANGE until we reach Ontanagon or Houghton/Hancock; this will take a minimum of 3 days, probably a few more.  Don't worry if this blog isn't updated.  Weather: wind < 5 knots; high 70 degrees; sunny; no chance of rain - we expect to use the engine all day in calm seas.

Ahoy there s/v Ihana, Great photos and a very nice blog. There may be wi-fi service in Bayfield near the Bayfield YC. May your winds be steady and sailable. Enjoy your adventure.

I'm happy to hear you are off. You must be working hard on the seas as you have already lost one letter since your departure. PS we leave the land of chicago heat for the mild climes of LA. Ron & Nancy

I love your blog. Charlie is Busy replacing a failed bilge pump. Boat flooded from the rain.
